Bio-based films made out of non-fossil fuel materials
Evercare® has developed the first bio-PET thermoforming film. Our bio-PET material is produced with non-fossil fuel raw materials and o ers the same technical performance as virgin materials.
Key features Material with same technical performance as fossil-based equivalent Bio-based product with significant LCA reduction compared to fossil-based alternative Easy-to-recycle solution to facilitate circularity (meeting the requirements for RIC #1 identification) Additionally, this bio-PET film is fully recyclable. Film can be sealed with a mono PET lidding film, aluminium, coated Tyvek® or other lidding materials. This product works with existing production lines, bringing improved thermoforming conditions with regards other materials. Our Evercare® materials have been evaluated to USP 661.1 and/or EP 3.1, ISO 10993 / USP Class VI, and ISO 11607.
