The Latest Case Law In addition to addressing the extensive amendments to the Condominium Act that have come into force since 2017 as well as those that remain pending, CCI seminars often address the evolving and up - to - date decisions coming out of the Courts and the CAT and their wide - ranging impacts on condominium administration, management and living. 4. Community Building Condominiums are, at their heart, communities. By attending CCI seminars with other members of your condominium corporation, you can build a strong sense of community and citizenship within your corporation by learning and improving together. 5.
