Progress towards reconciliation Our 2024 Reconciliation Roundup revealed the positive progress AnglicareSA made throughout last year.
We also celebrated winning several awards for our reconciliation efforts and completing 88 per cent of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). All these actions combined are helping us deepen our understanding of First Nations cultures and histories and build a more inclusive workplace. We are now looking forward to the launch of our fourth RAP.
The Roundup highlighted an increase in employee engagement across all platforms, including turnout for National Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC events, attendance at lunchtime Kitchen Table Conversations and RAP Tracker webinar sessions, and the uptake of newly developed cultural awareness training opportunities.
