Grant Reubenicht Chief Executive Officer

Ian Byrne Executive General Manager, Disability and Wellbeing Services

Ian has operational and strategic oversight of AnglicareSA’s Disability and Wellbeing Services portfolio. He has 30 years’ experience nationally in senior and executive management roles in diverse sectors such as aged care, financial services, health care, and community services, with a professional focus on marketing, communications, and operational transformation. Ian is a graduate of Deakin University and the University of South Australia, and has undertaken study at Oxford University’s Said Business School. He is recognised as a Certified Practicing Marketer, Fellow of the Australian Marketing

Grant has been the Chief Executive Officer of the AnglicareSA Group, which includes its fully owned subsidiary housing company, Believe Housing Australia since December 2020. Grant’s years of experience in finance, funds management, and technology have seen him serve as an Executive Manager for more than 26 years in a number of for-profit and not-for-profit organisations and he is involved in several state and national boards and committees. Grant joined AnglicareSA as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager, Corporate Services in July 2013 after almost six years as General Manager of the National Anglican Funds Management Business in Melbourne. Grant holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide, is a Certified Practising Accountant, Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), and a Graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Stacey Northover Executive General Manager, Housing Services, Believe Housing Australia

Geoff Barber Chief Operating Officer

As Executive General Manager of Housing Services at Believe Housing Australia, Stacey Northover brings more than 25 years of experience across the housing sectors in both the UK and Australia. At the forefront of housing innovation, Stacey Northover leads high-performing operational services and drives a $100 million housing development pipeline. A board member of Australian Community Housing and an active voice on the UDIA Urban Renewal and Liveability Committee, she helps shape the future of Australia’s housing landscape. Stacey brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the housing sector. Raised in community housing in the UK, she possesses a unique, firsthand perspective on the transformative power of stable housing. A Graduate Member of the AICD, Stacey is at the helm of one of South Australia’s largest not-for- profit Community Housing Providers, Believe Housing Australia, which serves close to 4,000 tenants across 2,400 social and affordable homes.

Geoff Barber is an experienced executive and leader in social for-purpose organisations, with a strong background in developing innovative social enterprises. Before joining AnglicareSA, he worked with the Julia Farr group, contributing to systemic advocacy and initiatives across community housing, disability, youth services, fund management, risk, and corporate governance. He brings more than 20 years of experience in disability and community services. Geoff holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide, along with postgraduate qualifications in Social Impact and Workforce Transformation. He is also a Graduate Member of the AICD. In his governance work, Geoff has served as a director on a variety of social purpose boards and industry representative bodies. Passionate about social justice and inclusion, Geoff is committed to upholding strong ethical standards while fostering innovation.
