Dominic leads AnglicareSA’s Social Enterprise portfolio, combining oversight of select strategic corporate functions with the development of sustainable, innovative, solutions-based businesses aligned to economic, social, cultural, and environmental outcomes. Prior to joining AnglicareSA, Dominic held various strategic leadership roles across the Asia-Pacific region with a multinational organisation, developing expertise in strategic planning, business development, procurement, and commercial growth. His management style is grounded in strong communication, relationship building, and a commitment to fostering a positive organisational culture. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Australia, an MBA from the University of Adelaide (awarded via an Emerging Leaders Scholarship), and is a Graduate Member of the AICD.
Freya leads the Technology and Information team within AnglicareSA, overseeing infrastructure, applications, information governance, and projects. Together, these areas concentrate on leveraging information and technology to empower employees and enhance outcomes for the people AnglicareSA supports. Freya has 30 years’ experience across a range of roles in the sector, including software development, business analysis, and project management. She is a Graduate Member of the AICD and holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from Flinders University. Freya brings a strong focus on using technology responsibly and effectively to deliver lasting positive impact.

Amanda is the executive leader guiding our People and Culture team with strategic oversight across the full spectrum of human resources, workforce, wellbeing, and organisational change. She is deeply committed to cultivating a values- driven culture where each person belongs and can perform at their best. Drawing on extensive leadership experience across banking, finance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, national recruitment, and clinical environments, Amanda drives initiatives that align our people strategy with key organisational goals. She holds a Bachelor of Midwifery, a Bachelor of Business in HR Management and Industrial Relations, and is a Graduate Member of the AICD.
Joining AnglicareSA in January 2022, John leads the finance function of the AnglicareSA Group and provides key financial insight and stewardship to decision making and planning. He is an experienced financial leader, with significant experience in high growth and change environments with a focus on driving customer outcomes through the delivery of process and system change. He has operated in executive positions within sports management, technology and human services organisations. John’s areas of expertise include financial planning and analysis, cash flow projection, budgeting, project appraisal, finance systems implementation, and profitability segmentation. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration, and is a member of CPA Australia and Graduate Member of the AICD.
