Tvrdi da pogled koji se pruža sa te- rase hotela predstavlja najauten- tičniju sliku Beograda... Po čemu je pogled jedin- stven? – Taj pogled je zaista nešto ne- stvarno. To je život u jednoj slici. Pešaci koji se užurbano kreću, be- ogradski tramvaji, Terazije do kojih se pogled pruža kao početak i kraj svake priče o našem lepom gra- du. To je početak svakog mog rad- nog dana i na tome sam beskraj- no zahvalan. Zašto kažete da je to hotel velikih ljudi? – U hotelijerstvu sam već du- gi niz godina. Naš hotel je deo Mo- na Hospitality Managementa i po veličini je manji od druga dva hote- la, Mona Plaza Beograd i Mona Pla- za Zlatibor. Argo je hotel u koji se gosti vraćaju, mesto koje osećaju kao svoj beogradski dom. Neću bi- ti skroman i propustiti priliku da ka- žem da je to zasluga celog mog ti- ma, koji je sačuvao ono što mi se čini da počinje da izostaje – indivi- dulani, lični pristup svakom gostu. To bi u najjednostavnijem smislu značilo lepu reč, uvek postavljeno pitanje da li je sve u redu, osmeh... Ako sam nešto naučio kroz dosa- dašnju karijeru, to je da lepim re- čima i iskrenim osmehom možete razoružati svakoga i premostiti sve prepreke. Siguran sam da je ono što zovu najmanje zapravo najviše u poslu, i u životu.

It’s life unfolding in a single pi- cture. Pedestrians rushing arou- nd, Belgrade trams, Terazije that the view extends to like the beginning and end of every tale of our beautiful city. It is also the start of every wor- kday for me, and that’s something for which I’m infinitely grateful.” Why do you describe Argo as a hotel of great people? “I’ve spent many years in the ho- tel business. Our hotel is part of Mo- na Hospitality Management and is
smaller than the group’s other two hotels: Mona Plaza Belgrade and Mona Plaza Zlatibor. Argo is a ho- tel to which guests return; a place that they experience like their Bel- grade home. I won’t be modest and thus miss out on the opportunity to say that the credit for this belongs to my entire team, who have preserved that which seems to me to be lac- king: an individual, personal appro- ach to each guest. In the simplest sense, this means offering a kind word, always asking if everything is okay, a smile... If I’ve learned anyt- hing throughout my career to date, it’s that you can disarm anyone and overcome every obstacle with kind words and a sincere smile. I’m certa- in that what are referred to as the sli- ghtest things are actually the grea- test in business, and in life.”
