Letovi iz- među dva grada obavljaće se i tokom naredne letnje sezone, koja počinje 30. marta 2025. – Krajem septembra uspostavili smo redovnu avio-liniju između Beograda i Guangdžoua. Uvođenjem direktnih letova do Šangaja, 11. januara 2025. godine, uz bezvizni režim i nedavno potpisani sporazum o slo- bodnoj trgovini, doprinosimo daljem jačanju ekonom- skih, poslovnih, turističkih i kulturnih veza Srbije i Kine. Uvereni smo da će naša redovna linija između prestoni- ce Srbije i Šangaja omogućiti brža poslovna i turistička putovanja, kao i efikasniju razmenu roba i usluga izme- đu naše dve tradicionalno prijateljske države – rekao je Jirži Marek, generalni direktor Er Srbije. Šangaj je smešten u istočnoj Kini na obali Istoč- nog kineskog mora, na približno jednakom rastojanju od Pekinga na severu i Guangdžoua na jugu. Jedna je od najvećih svetskih luka i glavni industrijski i komerci- jalni centar Kine. Grad i opština Šangaj najnaseljenije su urbane oblasti u Kini. Prema zvaničnim podacima, to- kom 2023. godine u administrativnom području opšti- ne Šangaj živelo je oko 24 miliona stanovnika. Međunarodni aerodrom „Šangaj Pudong“ (IATA kôd: PVG, ICAO kôd: ZSPD) smešten je oko 30 kilometa- ra istočno od centra Šangaja. Prostire se na 40 kvadrat- nih kilometara duž obale u istočnom Pudongu i glavno je vazdušno čvorište istočne Azije. Samo tokom 2023. go- dine aerodrom je opslužio više od 54 miliona putnika.
AIR SERBIA WILL START FLYING FROM BELGRADE TO SHANGHAI as of January, with outbound flights departing on Tuesdays and Saturdays, while return flights will ope- rate on Wednesdays and Sundays. Flights between Bel- grade and Shanghai will also be operated during the next summer season, which formally commences on 30 th Mar- ch 2025. "At the end of September, we launched scheduled fli- ghts between Belgrade and Guangzhou. With the intro- duction of direct flights to Shanghai on 11 th January 2025, along with the visa-free regime and the recently signed free trade agreement, we are contributing to the further strengthening of economic relations between Serbia and China, as well as bilateral business, tourism and cultural ties. We are confident that our scheduled flights between the capital of Serbia and Shanghai will facilitate faster bu- siness and tourism travel, as well as more efficient exchan- ges of goods and services between our two traditionally friendly countries," said Air Serbia CEO Jiri Marek. Shanghai is located in eastern China, on the coast of the East China Sea, approximately halfway between Bei- jing to the north and Guangzhou to the south. One of the world's largest ports and the main industrial and commer- cial hub of the People's Republic of China, the city and mu- nicipality of Shanghai are the most populous urban are- as in China. According to official data, approximately 24 million people were resident in the administrative area of Shanghai municipality in 2023. Shanghai Pudong International Airport (IATA code: PVG, ICAO code: ZSPD) is located about 30 kilometres east of Shanghai city centre. It sprawls over an area of 40 square kilometres along the coast in eastern Pudong and is a major air hub for East Asia. This airport served over 54 mi- llion passengers in 2023 alone.
