2024 2nd Quarter - Crimes Against Property Crimes Against Property increased 4.9% in Second Quarter 2024 with 8,927 offenses compared to 8,512 in Second Quarter 2023. There was an 22.3% increase in Motor Vehicle Theft with 1,281 offenses in the Second Quarter of 2024 compared to 1,047 in the Second Quarter of 2023. There was a 10.85% increase in Robbery from 176 in the Second Quarter of 2023 to 195 in the Second Quarter of 2024. There were also increases in Arson and Bribery. There were decreases in Embezzlement and Stolen Property Offenses.

Burglary/Breaking and Entering Burglary/breaking and entering offenses decreased 1.9% in Second Quarter 2024 with 915 offenses reported compared to 933 offenses reported in Second Quarter of 2023.
Burglary/Breaking and Entering Offenses by Location
Burglary/breaking and entering of residences increased 10.7%.
Burglary/breaking and entering of businesses decreased 20.7%.
Burglary/breaking and entering of other locations decreased 6.4%.
