Networking event to be held on Nov. 11th at TopGolf IOREBA hosts Fall kick-off event at Century Campus

The networking event on Monday, November 11th at TopGolf is sure to be a crowd- pleaser for our IOREBA mem- bers and colleagues,” said Johnson. “This year we are adding more new and fun events for our members to network and enjoy a fun night out,” he added. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with appetizers and networking, followed by golf games at the venue’s climate- controlled hitting bays, along with a Backyard BBQ dinner. Registration for the event is $135 for members and $155 for non-members. Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) recently host- ed its first of several events of the fall/winter season at Berg- man Real Estate Group’s Century Campus in Parsip- pany, New Jersey. Members and guests in attendance were treated to hors d’oeuvres by Carmine DePasquale caterers, an open bar, and chair mas- sages from a professional ser- vice that is located within the building. Michael Bergman, president and CEO of Bergman Real Estate Group, also gave tours of the facility, which re- cently underwent a significant improvement program to bring new amenities and co-working space to the building, which he explained to the quests. “Employees and tenants are expecting more of their office spaces, which is why we are bringing new amenities to our buildings like common areas with small cafes, ping-pong tables, art galleries, confer- ence rooms and co-working spaces,” said Bergman. “We are working diligently across
