MFXchange US, Inc. leased 5,452 s/f at 201 Littleton Rd. Remy deVarenne from CBRE served as tenant repre- sentative in the headquarters move from Bridgewater. Additionally, advanced technology solutions firm TeamLogic IT leased 2,075 s/f at the property. Finally, McKirdy Riskin Olson &Dellapelle P.C. leased 4,986 s/f. The law firm is re- locating to 201 Littleton Rd. from downtown Morristown and was represented by Ray- mond Trevisan from Cush- man & Wakefield.
