These transactions – 10 in total – were managed by Jonathan Glick , executive vice president for Sheldon Gross Realty , a full-service commercial real estate firm covering all of New Jersey. Specifically, nine of these transactions are for space at Valley Park Business Center, 216 Route 206, while the other is within Hillsborough Busi- ness Campus, at One Harvard Way. The 10 transactions total 43,859 s/f encompass a vari- ety of uses, and include such tenants as Deck Guardian, JM Carpet Express, Wildfire Technology Integration, Muel- ler Plumbing, Daisy Leo, Ar- cadis US Inc., and Riber USA. Both Valley Park Business Center and Hillsborough Busi- ness Campus are owned by Summit Associates, a leading real estate developer with more than 4.5 million s/f of of- fice, hi-tech, and distribution space throughout New Jersey. Glick has represented Summit Associates since 2004. “These Hillsborough loca- tions are exceptional, both be- cause of the wonderful commu- nity surrounding them and the exceptional access provided by local roadways,” Glick ex- plains. “Businesses are really excited to come here, which is why I’ve been involved during the past 15 years in 60 of Sum- mit Associates’ lease transac- tions, totaling 240,000 s/f.”  NAI Hanson’s Perkins and Todd Negotiate 15,040 s/f industrial lease in Somerset SOMERSET, NJ — NAI James E. Hanson’s Scott Perkins, SIOR and Chris Todd repre- sented the tenant, Tecno Spa in the transaction with the landlord, TA Realt y. 65 Clyde Rd. is a 160,000 s/f industrial building well-suited for warehousing, distribution and light manufacturing.
