STEEL Galvanisation This process consists of immersing products in a zinc bath at 450°C, providing each part with total protection from corrosion, both inside and out. Galvanisation is recommended for products that are subject to the heaviest use or installed in salty air or corrosive environments. ZRPP (Zinc Rich Primer Powder) Primer coating enriched with zinc, for products used in a standard environment. This corrosion protection is appropriate for normal product use. Finishing paint We use a UV-resistant polyester powder coating. Our products may be galvanised and painted or painted over zinc primer (ZRPP) depending on local custom or environment.

ALUMINIUM Anodised or painted profiles
Our aluminium profiles are anodised or painted. Anodised profiles features an electrochemical corrosion-proofing treatment that guarantees better resistance to heat, wear and corrosion. Painted profiles are covered with a 60µ layer of powder coating, baked at 180-200°C for maximum resistance. The aluminium is stored indoors throughout the entire manufacturing process to avoid any oxidation.
