Cutting, bending, notching, welding, gluing, grinding, sanding, anti-corrosion treatment, finish paint, packaging: the greatest professionalism is used throughout the manufacturing process. SPL’s approach is to offer a warranty on all our products according to the following conditions:

The constraints related to their use outdoors or indoors, durability and your legitimate demand for sustainability, require a high level of quality. From the choice of materials to the manufacture of mirrors, at MIROIR INDUSTRIE the greatest professionalism used throughout the manufacturing process to provide you with high quality products. Aware that your expectations may be different depending on your needs, VIALUX ® offers 5 levels of warranty according to its models.
Protection against corrosion
- Hot dip galvanising: 10 year warranty - Anodising: 10 year warranty
- Zinc rich primer (PPRZ): 5 year warranty, excluding saline environment (or within in a radius of five kilometres of the coast, or adjacent to heavily salted roads).

2 in 1 anti-frost / anti-condensation device Our anti-frost / anti-condensation system, offered on our stainless steel mirrors, has a 6 year warranty. Note: this mechanism releases latent heat stored during the day in order to slow down the formation of frost and mist. Mirrors equipped with this system therefore require exposure to the sun and its operation will be compromised if it is positioned against a wall or if it is constantly in a shaded area. Mirrors for tough industrial conditions
Mirrors for tough environments have a 2 year warranty due to the conditions in which they are required to function (high heat, vapours, etc.).

Extract from General Conditions of Sales (September 2020): Under the warranty, the only obligation incumbent on the vendor will be the free replacement of the original goods recognized as defective by the vendor’s services. This warranty shall only apply to malfunctions that may appear during the warranty period. Defects and damage caused by natural wear and tear or by external accidents (incorrect assembly, faulty maintenance, abnormal use, etc.) or by a modification of the product that was not planned or specified by the vendor are excluded from the guarantee. Similarly, the warranty will not apply to conspicuous defects for which the purchaser will have to rely on the conditions of Article 17 «COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS». The product warranty shall not extend the original date or warranty and does not extend the warranty period. The warranty is effective only after full payment of the sums due. The claim that there are defects does not exempt the purchaser from paying the price due. The warranty begins to run from the date of invoicing of the goods.
