DKLV Desert Kitchens Las Vegas is an industry leader in the food service design marketplace. Our worldwide design projects afford us tremendous experience and passion in all facets of food service design. From receiving to serving and all stages of food prep and production, our design will provide you the most efficient traffic flow . Our services include meetings with your staff to determine and confirm your menu, work with the shift schedules and balance out all your requests. We begin with floor plans depicting layouts of food service equipment. Once the layout is approved we develop the following plans for your architect and engineer: • Plumbing and electrical rough-in drawings, including a schedule of all required loads, pertaining to gas, water, electric, waste and ventilation requirements will enable your engineers to provide the correct requirements • Special conditions such as depressions in slab, and wall blocking will confirm that your contractor will properly construct the facility • Refrigeration systems using the most modern and efficient style of refrigerant to easily maintain your refrigeration equipment
