We begin with floor plans depicting layouts of food service equipment. Once the layout is approved we develop the following plans for your architect and engineer: • Plumbing and electrical rough-in drawings, including a schedule of all required loads, pertaining to gas, water, electric, waste and ventilation requirements will enable your engineers to provide the correct requirements • Special conditions such as depressions in slab, and wall blocking will confirm that your contractor will properly construct the facility • Refrigeration systems using the most modern and efficient style of refrigerant to easily maintain your refrigeration equipment
