GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE

Joining a fitness group class at Wilmington Country Club is the perfect way to kickstart your fitness journey, no matter where you're starting from. Whether you're new to working out or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our diverse range of class offerings ensures there's something for everyone and our expert instructors will help you set and achieve your personal fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. As we head into the new year, it's the ideal time to take charge of your health, challenge yourself, and join a community of like-minded individuals all striving for a stronger, healthier version of themselves. Sound Bath & Reiki Workshop Date/Time: Saturday, May 10 | 3:00–4:00pm Cost: $30 per person Details: A deeply relaxing session combining sound healing and Reiki energy work with Alexandra and Megan. Wear comfy clothes and bring anything to help you feel cozy. Spots: Limited to 12 – Reserve via MindBodyOnline.com
