Time Off Benefit Highlight
Escrow Network Group strives to give employees the best benefits to ensure we are competitive and an employer of choice. Below are some highlights of the Time Off benefits we offer.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
• PTO allows eligible employees to take paid time away from work for vacation, personal time, and illness.
PTO accrues every pay period.
•
• New hires have prorated PTO in their first year and a 30-day waiting period before using PTO.
• If available PTO is not used by the end of the benefit year, accrued but unused PTO will be carried over into the next year. Accrued but unused PTO can be carried over into successive years up to a cap of 1.50 times your annual accrual rate, at which time further accrual will cease until PTO is used and falls below the cap.
