Lang Development Group (LDG) addressed CIRC members at their February 12 membership luncheon at the DuPont Country Club. Jeff Lang, owner, and Chris Locke, SVP and general counsel for LDG, presented an update on plans for the Hyatt Place Newark project, also known as the 'Green Mansion.' This unique mixed-use project incorporates a property on the National Historical Register, a 144-room Hyatt Place hotel, 20,000 square feet of downtown office space and a parking garage.
