(BRC) an- n o u n c e d that Jordan Metz , senior vice presi- dent of BRC, a r r a n g e d the sale of 15 Harmich Rd. in South Plainfield, a 57,000 s/f industrial ware- house, for $6.15 million. Metz represented both the buyer and seller in the trans- action. Oz Vehadar, the largest publisher of Jewish textbooks known for establishing new standards in learning with rabbis, yeshiva students and laymen, purchased 15 Har- mich Rd. from V.A. Designs, a manufacturer of custom woodwork and retail displays for 20 years at the facility. V.A. Designs is a family business and the owner retired. “We led a marketing cam- paign heavily targeting buyers from the New York markets, which proved to be a valuable pursuit,” said Metz. Com- panies continue to relocate to New Jersey and seek out functional industrial facilities with good access to our high- way transportation network. Oz Vehadar plans to renovate and improve the building, and to make this its new long-term home to house its textbook publishing business.” Located at 15 Harmich Rd., Exit 10 of the New Jersey Tpke., Rte. 440, the Garden State Pkwy. and the Out- erbridge Crossing to Staten Island, NY.
