It is a premier property for a pre- mier company.” Impulse Dynamics is mov- ing its global headquarters from Mount Laurel, N.J. The company, which also has offices in Germany, Cu- racao and Orangeburg, NY, recently announced the com- pletion of an $80.25 million Series D financing with new investors. The proceeds will be used primarily to facili- tate U.S. commercialization of the Optimizer Smart, an FDA-approved implantable device for treating chronic heart failure that has been proven to strengthen the heart and help it beat more forcibly. Impulse Dynamics signed a long-term lease and is plan- ning to move into 50 Lake Center in the second quarter of this year. Constructed in 2006, the building is one of the area’s newest office buildings and features rib- bon glass construction, a beautiful two-story granite atrium, expansive window line, scenic lake views, on- site walking/running trails and plenty of parking.
