Petrick markets property on behalf of seller Marcus & Millichap completes the sale of a $2,300,000 net-leased property

berdeen, NJ — Marcus & Millic- hap Capital Corp. (MMCC) , announced the sale of a 6,000 s/f net-leased property, occupied by Mavis Discount Tire, located in Ab- erdeen, NJ, for $2,300,000 according to Jim McGuckin , regional manager of the firm's New Jersey office. Jason Petrick , an invest- ment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's New Jersey office, had the listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and represented the 1031 Exchange, out-of-state buyer, both limited liability compa- nies. According to Petrick, the new construction Mavis Discount Tire, situated on a traffic light intersection to a grocery-anchored center, gen- erated numerous offers from national investors. Mavis Discount Tire is lo- cated at 1155 State Rte. 34 in Aberdeen.
