ennsauken, NJ — WHPounds CRE Management, LLC will began overseeing opera- tions at Cooper River Square in February. Cooper River Square East is an approxi- mately 38,000 s/f office build- ing consisting of four floors of approximately 9,500 rentable s/f each. At 6991 North Park Drive, it was recently reno- vated and its primary tenant is Virtua Health System. These renovations includ- ed marble surfaced lobbies, granite countertops in lobby bathrooms, and an exposed floating ceiling. P
Next door at 6981 North Park Drive, Cooper River Square West is an approxi- mately 55,000 s/f office build- ing consisting of six floors, approximately 9,500 s/f each, except on the first floor, which is slightly less. Virtua Health System accompanies other
tenants in the West building, including Veolia Water Solu- tions, Quest Diagnostics and Rehab Excellence.
