Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as managing agent for the 103,000 s/f shop- ping center located directly on Frankford Ave./Rte.13. Nutrition 215 will sell blend- ed nutritional non-alcoholic drinks including energy tea and protein-based coffee. The drinks are designed to give health-conscious consumers a variety of options, whether meal replacements or post- workout snacks, according to Owner Alexander Rodriguez. The store will have lounge seat- ing and WiFi. “It will be a positive, relaxing environment,” Rodriguez said. “I am excited to bring Nutrition 215 to Morrell Plaza. The cen- ter is accessible and well main- tained, which was attractive to me as a business owner. In addition to being in a densely populated neighborhood, its location near area hospitals, colleges and universities will enable us to draw customers from those institutions as well.” LMC senior leasing repre- sentative Sidney Singer ar- ranged the 1,200 s/f Nutrition 215 lease. “This business has been growing from a home- based office, and Alexander chose Morrell Plaza as the first of what he expects will be several ‘bricks and mortar’ locations,” said Singer. “The store will bring a customer base focused on nutrition and wellness to the center and complements a co-tenancy that includes other health- focused tenants such as Rite Aid and our newest addition, indoor cycling concept North- east Cycle.” 
