Michaels Management, Affordable Living, the operat- ing company which received this award, provides property management services to Mi- chaels Development’s entire affordable housing portfolio and serves other for- and non-profit owners affordable housing communities on a fee-basis. Michaels Man- agement Affordable Living currently serves more than 100,000 residents in more than 400 communities across the country and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Other Mi- chaels management groups serve Military, Student, and Luxury Living portfolios.
he National Asso- ciation of Homes Builders (NAHB) named The Michaels Or- ganization its 2019 Prop- erty Management Firm of the Year, one of the multifamily housing industry’s most pres- tigious awards, during its International Builders Show held Jan. 23rd, in Las Vegas. This is the third time in the past 10 years Michaels Management has been hon- ored with NAHB’s Property Management Firm of the Year award. The award i s par t o f NAHB’s annual Pillars of the Industry program, which honors innovative achieve- ment and creative leadership in multifamily property de- velopment and management over the year. “I am very excited and hon- ored to accept this prestigious award on behalf of all of my teammates at The Michaels
