Town Place is owned by Kossman Development Com- pany. Rite Aid Pharmacy leased 9,297 s/f for 20 years. The 247,000 s/f office building with street-level retail offers a desir- able location at Forbes Ave. and Stanwix St. Jason Cannon , VP with CBRE, represented the land- lord for Town Place. Cannon said, “Rite Aid will be a great addition to that corner.
