CBRE brokers 9,297 s/f lease for Rite Aid at Town Place PITTSBURGH, PA — CBRE announces a new lease at Town Place, located at 100 Forbes Ave. in downtown Pitts- burgh. Town Place is owned by Kossman Development Com- pany. Rite Aid Pharmacy leased 9,297 s/f for 20 years. The 247,000 s/f office building with street-level retail offers a desir- able location at Forbes Ave. and Stanwix St. Jason Cannon , VP with CBRE, represented the land- lord for Town Place. Cannon said, “Rite Aid will be a great addition to that corner. It’s a high profile location at one of the busiest intersections in downtown Pittsburgh.” TARQUINCoRE, LLC rep- resented Rite Aid in the trans- action. n Fairbanks Plaza includes a 58,000 s/f Kohl’s, a 22,000 s/f grocer operated by Aldi (in construction) and a 13,500 s/f Walgreens.
