for Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation. It was a great way to celebrate the completion of my work in economic development and to re-launch my work in commercial real estate. Over the past year I have had the privilege of working with past clients, corroborating with economic development colleagues on new projects and working with new clients to help them find perfect loca- tions in the Lehigh Valley. I pride myself on a strong work ethic and working diligently to help make my client suc- cessful with their commercial real estate projects. Tell us how and when

focused on investment sales, office tenant representa- tion and obtaining my Certi- fied Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2006. In late 2005, I was approached by the newly elected Lehigh County ex- ecutive, Don Cunningham, to join his administration as the director of community and economic development. I joined the administration and for eight years I helped businesses relocate and/or expand in Lehigh County. I returned to commercial real estate on September 30, 2013 when I co-founded Feinberg Real Estate Advi- sors, LLC with my husband and partner, Gregg. In early 2014 we formed an alliance with KW Commercial to help provide national and inter- national reach for our firm and our clients. We specialize in commercial and indus- trial brokerage, investment sales, development consult- ing, government relations, real estate law, real estate closings and real estate title insurance throughout the Lehigh Valley. When I decided to establish a career in the commercial real estate field I realized I had to approach the profes- sion the same way I did all my other positions, with ex- pertise, enthusiasm, knowl- edge and superior client service. I surrounded myself with experts in all aspects of commercial real estate to help me understand the pos- sible opportunities. I began taking CCIM courses and developing my portfolio for consideration of the designa- tion and I began networking with developers, bankers and other commercial real continued on page 16C

you began your career in the profession you are in? I worked in the computer industry for twenty-three years. The first fifteen years were with a computer man- ufacturer, Digital Equip- ment Corporation. I joined a startup software firm, BEA Systems in 2007, traveled the world and experienced one of the most exhilarating profes- sional experiences of my life while participating in the incredible growth of technol- ogy. To get off the “road” and begin focusing on local busi- nesses I joined Markward Group, now Colliers, in 2004 and began my second career in commercial real estate. I
