Someone may come out of left field and completely surprise you!” One of Tresha’s keys to success is to keep learning. That’s why she’s eager to attend every Melaleuca event she can. At February 2022 Road to Executive Director, she soaked it all in—the business coaching, the product presentations, the celebration, and, most of all, the belief and energy of everyone around her. But day by day, she’s learning the most from the people she knows the best—her team. “During our team meetings, I always ask, ‘What’s working for you?’” Tresha says. “Everyone has good ideas. I like to think we’ve got the most creative team ever!” That’s why Tresha doesn’t consider her advancement to Executive Director a milestone for herself alone. It belongs to her entire team. “Teamwork makes the dream work,” she says. “That’s the essence of what we’re doing. We help each other succeed, then turn around and help others. The rewards are much bigger than me.” JC
Tresha Rodriguez will forever be grateful to her brother, Executive Director 4 David Rodriguez, for thinking of her—and to Executive Director 4 Shannon Kubin for being persistent. “Shannon was wisely tenacious in encouraging my brother to take a look at Melaleuca,” Tresha says. “Once David did take a look, he decided he needed to introduce me to Melaleuca as well.” Tresha was intrigued! She met with Shannon herself, and after an in-depth discussion about Melaleuca, she was ready to see what this shopping club was all about. "I bought some Melaleuca products and tried them out,” Tresha says. “And I loved them. Not only were they terrific quality, but they were so reasonably priced!” Since Tresha considers what David and Shannon shared with her as a gift of wellness, that’s how she presents Melaleuca to others. She understands when someone decides not to accept her gift, of course. But Tresha offers it to everyone. “Live it,” she says. “Breathe it. Talk about it. I was in the park the other day and had a conversation with a lady there. The
