Our Panel of Farmers

EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS 5 Marlo & Jim Payne

EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS 6 Maria & Wilhelm Siemens

CORPORATE DIRECTORS 3 John & Jennifer Dufner

When John Dufner enrolled with Melaleuca 26 years ago, he was looking to make $500 a month to put groceries on the table if his farm ever had a bad year. Little did he know that the extra income from his Melaleuca business would grow well beyond his goal and what is typically earned by the majority of business builders. Over the years, he’s expanded his farm from about 100 acres of crops to more than 5,000! Recently, John’s Melaleuca business has given him the stability and flexibility needed to start transitioning to completely organic crops: yellow corn, winter rye, and spring wheat, as well as kidney, black, pinto, and chili beans.

In 2014, a remarkable chain of events was set off by a simple bottle of shampoo. Maria Siemens had gotten a bottle of Melaleuca ® Herbal Shampoo from her aunt and was so impressed by the results that she called the toll-free number on the back to order more. Maria and her husband, Wilhelm, quickly learned how to shop with Melaleuca, enrolled, fell in love with the products, and started sharing. Today, all nine of the Siemens’ children are Melaleuca Members, and some of them are building businesses alongside their parents. Maria and Wilhelm are incredibly grateful for the improvements in their health from Melaleuca products and the extra income they’ve earned to pay off debt, expand their cotton and corn farm, and raise cows!

Marlo Payne’s journey to Melaleuca started in 2016 when National Director 7 Heather Guzzino asked her one question: Are you happy? There was no question that Marlo was unhappy

with the dismal customer retention in the multilevel

marketing business she was in. And she was anticipating the birth of her first grandchild and wanted the flexibility to be an involved grandmother. Soon after she spoke with Heather, Marlo and her husband, Jim, decided to enroll with Melaleuca—and they’ve never looked back! Today, Marlo focuses her time on their Melaleuca business and being a grandma while Jim works hard managing the small trucking company they own and growing beans and corn on their expanding farm.
