“When we started working our Melaleuca business, our first goal was to reach Senior Director so we could receive the Car Bonus,” Kimberly Sewell explains. “We picked our car—a blue Ford Mustang Shelby—and the dealership actually kept it on the showroom floor for us until we reached Senior Director. It was our first Melaleuca car, and we were so excited! It was a pretty big deal at the car dealership too.” For Kimberly and Mike, the Car Bonus was a powerful motivation that they shared with others in their organization. “Being able to show business builders in our organization that we had done it inspired them to advance to Senior Director too,” Kimberly says. “If customers want

to build a business, we help themmake the goal to reach Senior Director to earn the Car Bonus. I tell them to pick out their car early on, get up close to it at the dealership, then bring a picture home and hang it up where they can see it every day. Doing that makes the goal real and provides the inspiration for them to work hard.” Through the years, Mike and Kimberly have moved their family to experience living in different regions of the United States. Changing cars opened up different types of experiences as well. “We are pretty adventurous,” Kimberly says. “We lived for a while in Utah, and we drove all over Moab and Canyonlands. It was absolutely gorgeous.” The Sewells recently moved to Texas from California. And just as they’ve enjoyed living in different places, they’ve enjoyed trying different types of cars. “We have changed cars a lot,” Kimberly says. “We’ve been able to experience eight different vehicles through the Car Bonus, from a sports car to a rugged hill climber to some luxury cars. We are car people. We love the Car Bonus!”
