I just really enjoy talking about the products because they really do work!” Quiana considers herself a dreamer, but she is also a realist. When talking to her team, she has a simple piece of advice: “Don’t be focused on the noes you hear,” she explains. “Those are part of the process. They are supposed to happen. They just strengthen your ‘ask muscle.’ Instead, focus on the numbers—your number of approaches, your

number of Melaleuca Overviews—that’s where your success will come from.” Quiana also emphasizes that this is not a business of overnight success. “You have to give Melaleuca a real chance,” she says. “You really won’t know if it’s working and see all the potential unless you give it a chance. And that’s going to take more than a month or two.” Her last piece of advice? “Look for those who show up,” Quiana says. “I don’t spend a lot of time convincing anyone to enroll. I find those who are interested, and then I meet them where they are and try to create a culture of cultivation to help them succeed.”

More than two years had passed between when Quiana originally talked to Corporate Director 4 Jefferson Green about Melaleuca and when she finally enrolled. But when she did, Quiana was ready to go. “I told Jefferson, ‘I know you probably counted me out, but I’m here and I’m ready! So who do we need to talk to? What do I need to do?’” Quiana and Jefferson put together a plan of action, and she has not looked back! “It has been fast and furious,” she says, “but it has been really exciting!” Quiana quickly fell in love with the entire line of wellness products, and Melaleuca has become a family affair. “My husband loves
