our Commitment to mental health We have joined Mates in Mind to prioritize mental health within our organization. Additionally, our newly formed Charity Team is actively planning events to raise funds for local causes dear to us. One exciting initiative is a staff team planning to climb Kilimanjaro next year to support Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Darren Perry, Construction Director, BSN Group, said: “The extension and refurbishment was an exceptionally difficult project, however at BSN Group we relish such challenges (it’s in our DNA).”
Five- a-side Tournament This year, our charity efforts have included abseiling for Birmingham Women and Children’s Hospital and organizing a Five-a-Side Football Tournament for Ardenleigh Hospital.
TEAM NEWS We are thrilled to welcome 5 new staff members to the BSN Group family, adding fresh talent and enthusiasm to our team. Our commitment to apprenticeships continues as proud members of the 5% Club, demonstrating our dedication to developing future professionals. We have also signed the Care Leaver Covenant, reinforcing our support for care leavers transitioning into the workforce.
