T his year the Mid-America Street Rod Nationals will now have a second Host Club, the Bad Reputation Car Club right from Springfield, Missouri, who will be assisting the NSRA staff with Registration Thursday through Saturday. Once again, Bret Chrismer has offered to lead the caravan to both shops of the Mid-America Street Rod Nationals Shop Tour. Just like last year, staging will take place at “BigShots Golf,” which is kitty- corner from The DoubleTree Hotel. This year the cruise will be returning to a couple of familiar shops. Back on the Shop Tour will be “Show Me Rod & Custom” down in Nixa, Missouri, and “Hot Shoe Hot Rods” over in Billings. The exact time of when the cruise will leave is yet to be determined, but will be noted in the Event Guide. Trailer Parking The Mid-America Street Rod Nationals on-site trailer parking will be available at the fairgrounds for 2026. Cost will remain $25 for the entire weekend and those fees will be collected by the parking personnel on site. The parking area is accessed on the north side of the fairgrounds off Smith Street, use Gate 8. Trailer parking will be available starting Thursday, May 21, at noon. The lot will be locked down roughly around 5pm each night and you will be allowed
