We understand this is a very emotional and challenging time for you. We hope this booklet will help make this time a little easier.
If there’s anything you or the person living in the nursing home is concerned about, talk to the healthcare team (Nurses, GP, Healthcare Assistant etc.). You might be worried that now isn’t a good time however, the healthcare team are available to provide information and answer any questions you might have. We have included as much information as possible so you can be prepared for what to expect. Take your time reading this booklet and do ask any member of the healthcare team if you have any questions.
