RUSSELL APPOINTS NEW CAO

Promoted to Director of Finances soon after, he served in this position for over nine years before assuming the newly created position of Director of Corporate Services earlier this year. He has also served as Interim Chief Administrative Officer twice before. «I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve this community in a new capacity,” said Godin. “I eagerly anticipate deepening my collaboration with our outstanding adminis- trative team and council. I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to council for their continued confidence in me. Building on the strong foundation set by my predecessors is a responsibility I don’t take lightly. A special acknowledgment is extended to both the executive team and the Corporate Services team, with whom I’ve had the privilege of navigating the intricate landscape of muni- cipal affairs over the last nine years.» “Council would like to thank the entire executive team for their support during this transition phase and we look forward to the next stage of our evolution as the township continues its vision of being a collaborative, connected and sustainable community for everyone,» said Mayor Pierre Leroux.
