The Monday.com platform has been implemented and is in use to manage all aspects of project management. It allows a standardised way in which projects are managed in areas of finance, quality, regulatory & statutory compliance, and operational aspects of project development for services we deliver. The platform is able to produce a significant amount of reports which will allow for easy updates and analytics to the Executive & Senior Management Teams to improve visibility of project workload and progress. It will ensure that quality and safety aspects are considered to give assurance that clinical and information governance frameworks are adhered to. There will be ongoing improvements to the use of and facilities available on this platform into the 2024/25 period. Staff Experience Survey – Non-clinical staff and clinical staff As reported later in this Quality Account, the internal staff experience surveys have been developed, implemented, and responded to, which reflects the commitment of the Executive Management team to listen and respond to our staff. Agilio Team Net Team Net is now embedded and in use at NNPC since April 2023. It supports and further enhances the monitoring of regulatory compliance with HR processes - for example monitoring mandatory training, policy & guideline updates. Audit Schedule – Clinical Audits We recognise that clinical audit is an important part of quality assurance, improvement, and facilitation of change, where required. We have continued to strive for impactful auditing to further enhance the patient experience of our service delivery. With this ethos, we will continue to embed clinical auditing into the 2024/25 period. 4.2 Key Priorities 2024/25 Quality Statements We will continue to review and live up to our commitment to the delivery of our services with high- quality, person centred care. As illustrated earlier in this Quality Account, we have developed a ‘we will’ statement to reflect that as an organisation we will strive to be accountable and responsible when delivering healthcare to our communities. Our organisational quality statements will be consistent and regularly reviewed to ensure that it is a true reflection of our organisational values and ethos. Learning, Education, and Research Nobody would need to be convinced of the huge benefits of education, training, and research as a focus in healthcare.
