workforce resilience and sustainability of the clinical services. Each aspect can have a positive impact and provide opportunities with an indication of high standards of any organisation which supports research, training and education They will go some way to support the workforce of the present and the future. We hope to continue to embed training, education, and research into our organisation with the goal of becoming an approved ‘learning organisation’ in some of our clinical services. This will reinforce the goal for NNPC to be part of the enablement of Primary Care workforce resilience for the future. Development of organisational, quality & performance structures With the current and anticipated organisational growth into the 2024/25 period, alongside the transformation of the organisation into a CIC, we will continue to develop the internal structures of how Committees and the Board will look. This will consider quality, governance, and performance across all areas of the organisation but particularly to ensure that we deliver high-quality services With the implementation of the North Norfolk Primary Care Dashboard, it has been evident that there are further opportunities to be part of a more system wide dashboard to illustrate an up to date picture of activity across the Norfolk and Waveney region. It is an aim to embed Primary Care into the consideration of pressure points and provide a window into planning for ‘pinch points’ alongside Secondary and Community Care organisations. Embedding Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) into the organisation The implementation of PSIRF into Primary Care is not obligatory at this current time, but we will aim to develop plans to migrate to the PSIRF national system on how we manage patient safety incidents. This approach will further enhance how we manage patient safety reviews, quality of completed investigations, and approaches to implementing learning outcomes. with staff & patient safety at the forefront of the agenda.
