Whilst we celebrate the overall very positive outcome of our patient feedback, we do actively reflect and respond to the not so positive aspects of patient feedback. All patients and service users who respond to the surveys have the opportunity to give some comments on how the service can be improved, or to give a general comment about how they found the service.
