All patient feedback is shared amongst the administrative and clinical teams who deliver the services via team meetings. Any changes required to further improve the service is discussed and implemented where required. The results of all patient feedback surveys, along with any complaints, are discussed at the Quality & Safety Committee on a monthly basis via the service overview reports.
