What one thing could be improved? Many of the staff mentioned communication being an area that could be improved and some of they felt that they don’t always know what is happening outside of their area or service in which they work. However, the regular staff team meetings provide an opportunity for managers to update them on new areas of work, new services being developed or implemented, new members of staff, and organisational developments. We have actively asked the staff for specific ideas for ways in which we can improve. There was some mention of a desire for more opportunities for learning and development. All of these comments will be carefully considered and changes implemented as required as a result of this survey for the benefit of all the staff who works at NNPC.
