Part 6: Overview of NNPC in the 2023/24 period and Into The Future

NNPC services has delivered circa 126,547 appointments over the 2023/24 period

We had 301 members of staff who worked for us on a permanent or locum basis across our services in the 2023/24 period

From our patient feedback survey: We had a total of 5,743 responses with an average of 94% of them rating the service as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’

From our staff survey: 87% of our clinician staff believe that high quality patient care is of NNPC’s top priority and 90% of them would be happy that their family or friends were treated in one of our services.

In the 2023/24 period, our complaints to appointments delivered ratio was 0.05%

The 2024/25 period and beyond will see North Norfolk Primary Care be renamed to Norfolk Primary Care . In conjunction with this we will become a Community Interest Company . We will continue to deliver high-quality services Primary Care Services for the benefit of the communities in Norfolk and Waveney.
