Responsibilities
Requirements • Enrolled in a 4-year accredited program with completed Freshman requirements by the start of the internship • Open to all majors, but Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Communications, and Hospitality majors preferred • 1-year of customer service work experience preferred • Ability to fluently read and write in English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and become accustomed to property management software • Strong sense of business maturity and professionalism

Specific Responsibilities May Include: • Practice sale techniques • Marketing in-house & o -site • Assist with legal evictions processes • Learn industry software programs
