Regional Manager
Specific Responsibilities May Include: • Practice sale techniques • Marketing in-house & on-site • Assist with legal eviction processes • Learn industry software programs • Research potential investment opportunities • Participate in property tours and site visits • Practice critical resolution decision-making skills • Learn maintenance management proficiencies & techniques • Develop marketing analysis reports & marketing materials • Assist real estate management professionals with on-site daily operations
• Enrolled in a 4-year accredited program with completed Sophomore requirements by the start of the internship • Open to all majors; Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Communications, and Hospitality majors preferred • 1-year of customer service work experience preferred • Ability to fluently read and write in English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and become accustomed to property management software • Strong sense of business maturity and professionalism
