Dear Mike Albanese and Thomas Cormier: Per your request, please accept this letter as confirmation that Albanese-Cormier Holdings, LLC has maintained a lending relationship with Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association (the “ Lender ”) since 2023, and as of the date of this letter, each of the three existing credit facilities maintained by each of the above-listed entities individually as a Borrower, with the Lender, is currently in good standing as no loan payments are past due and the loan relationship is maintained in a satisfactory manner, with all terms and conditions on the facility being handled as agreed. Please be advised that this letter is not intended to in any way limit any of the Lender’s rights under any of the credit facilities. Further, no third party is entitled to rely on any of the statements contained in this letter and Lender assumes no liability to any third party because of any reliance on the statements contained in this letter.
