Principles of Consolidation The accompanying consolidated financial statements not only include the accounts of Albanese Cormier Holdings, LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, but the consolidated financial statements also include the accounts of any variable interest entities (VIEs) where Albanese Cormier Holdings, LLC is the primary beneficiary regardless of their ownership percentage. Where the ownership percentage is less than 100%, the noncontrolling ownership interests are reported on the consolidated balance sheets within members’ capital. The effect of the noncontrolling ownership interest on net income is presented as “noncontrolling interest in net income” in the consolidated statements of operations. All significant intercompany balances and transactions have been eliminated. The terms “Partnership” and “Company” referenced throughout the consolidated financial statements are referring to the consolidated entities as a whole.
