8. Acquisition of Real Estate The company acquired 5 property during December 2025, 1 property during April 2024 and 1 property during October 2024. The Company has accounted for the acquisitions under U.S. GAAP with the assets and liabilities of the acquired property recorded as of the acquisition date, at their respective fair values. The following table summarizes the assets acquired and the fair value of the identified assets acquired and liabilities assumed at the acquisition date. Disposition of Real Estate Durning 2025, the company sold property known as Cedar Place (June 2025), Copiah Trade Center (July 2025), Phoenix Square (April 2025), Sweetwater (August 2025) and Silver State (October 2025). Durning 2024, the company sold property known as Cross Creek Shopping Center (July 2024), Amberwood Center (July 2024), Winnie Apartments (August 2024), Catawba Village (October 2024), Adams Dairy Landing (October 2024), and Rivergate Square (November 2024). The aggregate gross sales proceeds from these transactions totaled $37,555,000 and $10,117,500 and generated the company’s share of the gains of approximately $14,731,224 and $2,510,548 as of December 31, 2025 and 2024.
