Known for its position overlooking the sea, the village of Seiano hides jewels of rare beauty, such as the Sanctuary of Santa Maria Vecchia, already known to the public for being the setting for the famous film "Pane, Amore e..." with Sophia Loren and Vittorio De Sica. The walk will continue with a visit to the church of San Marco Evangelista and the Congrega, which every three years organizes a spectacular procession on Good Friday. The nativity scene set up every year by the skilled hands of the inhabitants of the village, with shepherds of the Neapolitan school of the 19th century, is also well known. We will then proceed towards Calata Petrale and Punta la Guardia, to admire hidden corners of suggestive beauty. THE VILLAGE OF SEIANO
