We will walk along one of the most beautiful and evocative paths of the Sorrento peninsula. Our itinerary will develop on the Monte Comune plateau (880 meters - The balcony over the gulfs), from where you will be able to enjoy a fantastic panorama that opens onto the Sorrento Peninsula, the gulfs of Naples and Salerno and the pastu- res of the Agerolina cow, from whose milk the provolone del monaco DOP is produced. We will stop on the wonder- ful meadows of Mount Comune, to connect even more with nature through a pilates lesson, enjoying a splendid panorama. A spectacular moment, in which the colors of the landscape are reflected in the sea, creating a unique and exciting scenario, impossible to reproduce in a photo or describe in words. A visit to the cellars and the Baita dei Golfi will follow, with a tasting of typical local and zero km products, starting from the provolone del monaco. MOUNT COMUNE THE VILLAGE OF SANTA MARIA DEL CASTELLO The excursion will cross the paths of Santa Maria del Castello, the medieval border line between the Amalfitan duchy and that of Sorrento/Naples, all
immersed in nature, with splendid panoramas overlooking Positano. The explosive naturalness, the rocky walls below, the incomparable colors of the sea combine with the smells of the Mediterranean maquis (myrtle, rosemary, broom), the wild, the encounters with the undergrowth, the flowering of cyclamen, anemones and wild orchids. Characterized by a parti- cularly pleasant climate, by examples of good agricultural management and by products of extraordinary quality, this village is a magical treasure chest, just waiting to be opened. The Borgo di Arola is among the largest in the Vicano area. Linked for centuries to the figure of San Antonino, who in his pilgrimage on the Faito often stopped in the Arola village. Trails and Christian history have never been so linked. A place rich in productions and traditions. At home in Arola the famous Riavulillo and the Provolone del Monaco.
