Scrotal measurements will be available on sale day. Any announcements made from the sale block will take precedence over what is printed in this sale book. PLACING OF BIDS If you can’t attend in person, bids may be placed with 2K, the sale staff or online through DVAuction. Pre-registration with DVAuction is encouraged. See page 3 for instructions. FIRST SEASON BREEDING GUARANTEE All bulls selling for $4,000 or more are guaranteed for the first breeding season. A breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bull. If a replacement bull is available, it will be provided. Otherwise, credit will be given in the following sale towards a bull, less $2,500 salvage value. Any potential injury must be diagnosed by a veterinarian. 2K must be notified prior to selling of any injured bull, and all claims must be received no later than October 1, 2026. TRUCKING DISCOUNT All bulls picked up day of sale will receive $50 discount per bull. HOUSING & DELIVERY Bull housing is available until May 1, 2026, at buyer’s risk. Insurance will be available day of sale at buyer’s expense. 2K is not responsible for any bull housed at the facility after the sale. All bulls must be scheduled for delivery on or before May 1. INJURY OR DEATH PRIOR TO DELIVERY Injury resulting in death or death of the bull prior to delivery will not be the responsibility of 2K Cattle Enterprises. This is an insurable risk that the purchaser can obtain mortality insurance for death or injury resulting in death prior to delivery of the bull. This can be purchased at the time of purchase. TRUCKING Truckers believed to be reliable will be available to assist you on sale day. LIABILITY All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. 2K Cattle Enterprises assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur.
