The participants shall:
Engage in discussions and share experiences on how human factors influence accidents related to the ART HSIBR Module. In addition, engage in and reflect on received feedback and take responsibility on their own performance and development during the training

The aim of this lesson is to inspire the participants to search for information concerning what specific rescue preparations and rescue procedures apply in their own organisation.
After having successfully completed this lesson, the participants can:
12) Show interest in rescue preparations, emergency communication and the command procedures needed for hub, blade, and spinner rescues (Ability, basic level)
13) Act independently to recognise the limitations of rescue preparations and evacuation strategies (Ability, intermediate level)
14) Take responsibility for securing tools, equipment, accessories, minor components, items, and parts by adequately tethering to prevent dropped objects (Ability, intermediate level)
15) Show interest in taking correct precautions to prevent dropped objects during demanding situations such as emergency procedures and drills and in relation to encountering adverse environmental conditions. (Ability, basic level)
